What is Warn – Remove?

Warning – Remove system; It is the process of legally requesting the removal of the unjustified content from the site by the right holders or authorized representatives of the work, in the event that it is determined that a copyrighted content is included on any website without the permission of the rights holders, by sending a warning to the site authorities. Before resorting to this method, the copyrighted works are listed and the rights ownership and authorization documents are obtained. Upon the warning of the rights holders on the work to the relevant website or site authorities, the unjustified content must be removed from the site within three (3) days. 

(!!)   When sending a notice, it should be sent together with the documents showing the right of ownership. The site administrator must see that the warning is made by the rights holders. Failure to do so may result in negative feedback from the site administrator. In addition, if there is a request to block access to the site with unfair content through the Prosecutor's Office in the future, the condition that the warning is made in accordance with the procedure will be sought. The absence of a rights ownership document together with the warning letter constitutes a violation of procedure, and the Prosecutor's Office may not fulfill the rights holder's request. We hereby warn that we will use all our legal rights against companies or individuals who do not submit rights ownership documents to us and cause access to our site to be blocked or interrupted.

If companies that claim to have their products listed on our site removed contact us, the products may be removed from the site.

Companies requesting the removal of their products;

1) Production certificate or brand patent certificate proving that you are the seller of the product.

2) Tax Certificate 

3)With links to the products you want removed If you submit a removal request to kozmetikaracom@gmail.com, the necessary reviews will be conducted and the product will be removed from the listing within 3 business days.

-We would like you to know that we are open to cooperation, we wish you abundant profits.

-Note 1: Requests for product removal without submitting the required documents and information will not be taken into consideration. Companies requesting product removal must prove this.

-Not 2 : Your IP addresses are recorded in all correspondence. We use our legal rights against companies or organizations that use insulting and abusive expressions and we would like you to know that you will continue to use them.
